We decided to have spanish BB since it is so much stronger than the Euro.
The chainstays are raised for more room and the tube connections are long and very strong for less flex.




The heat treated dropouts follow the shape of the 40mm (1.57") diameter pegs and are slotted for 3/8" axles. The 19mm diameter tubing is flattened at the dropouts for maximum foot comfort. The length of the rear end is 13".



The heat treated integrated headtube is strong and features the largest inside ventilation holes that are possible for saving some more weight.
The skinny 32mm diameter top- and downtubes are double butted for strength but make the frame look stylish.


We wanted to make all the tube connections and weldings as strong as possible. Most lightweight frames tend to crack due to the improper connections. The Kun Fu will be not that easy to crack if you are not a bike thrower.
The singlebutted seattube is externally machined.

We prefer using light little crosstubes instead of plates to make the rear triangle even stronger. The plates tend to crack on most frames.
We use a bit longer cut on the seatpost than most the companies. We believe that if the cut is too short, you can also crack the seattube when tightening the bolt of the seatpost clamp. The welded-on seatpost clamps are not the way to go, they can cause you a hard time if the bolt is snapping in half and you have to remove the rest from the threads.

Both the left and rear seatstays feature a little pressed section which prevent your chain from touching the tubes. You can run micro drive and the Kun Fu frame is left/right side drive compatible.
