Important! Prior to confirmation of payment by Credit Card, you are free to change your order. Any changes made to your order will incur a re-calculation of shipping costs by the system. Once payment by Credit Card has been confimred, the purchase order can no longer be changed.

1. SIGN IN / REGISTRATION
1. Registration
Only people wishing to order our products need register. If you are just browsing, please do so with no obligation.

For customers already registered, please log-in to the system prior to making any purchases.

For a first time order, you will need to register on the system before you can make your purchase. To do so, click on the registration button. You will be prompted to add a user-name, email address and password.

After submitting your registration, a system generated response will be sent to your email address confirming your details. It will also give details confirming the information you have provided. A link is provided that will enable you to validate your registration in the webshop. Once successfully registered and logged-on, you can change any details by clicking on the setup icon.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the appropriate icon on the log-in page. Your password will be reset and the new password sent to your email address.

2. Browsing and selecting

The OG webshop can be reached by clicking the SHOP icon in the OG webpage. Here you will find the product categories (and sub-categories for specifics such as colour, etc.).
The OG webshop offers the most significant items you may need. For details or further information on parts, please contact us.

When making a purchase, specify the quantity adjacent the price field and then click the ADD TO SHOPPING CART icon. This item will be added to your shopping cart. At any stage, the contents of your shopping cart can be viewed or modified by clicking on the SHOPPING CART icon.

The selected items can be ordered immediately. However, if you are uncertain on any products in the shopping cart, you have 7 days to THINK IT OVER before the system erases your shopping list.

CAUTION! If you do not confirm your order immediately you risk the products being sold in the meantime. The system will reserve products only for those who confirm their purchase orders.

3. Payment methods/delivery information
Following product selection, you must submit the complete delivery address into the system. For further information on the use of Credit Cards, click here. If delivery address differs from address on the invoice, you can also advise us through the delivery form.

For most European purchases, your order will qualify for free shipping if your order is 200EUROS or greater. Free shipping is calculated automatically by the system and you will be informed immediately. DVD's automatically qualify for free shipping WORLDWIDE if purchased individually.

IMPORTANT NOTICE! Please ensure your email address is active. If any problems occur with your order, we will need to reach you immediately. Alternatively, a phone number is also recommended that will be used only in an emergency.
If your delivery address is not given correctly, we take no responsibility for the loss of your order.

4. Summary
After choosing your products and submitting your delievery details, you can view your order in the SHOPPING CART by clicking on the SUMMARY icon. If correct click the ORDER TO BE SENT icon to confirm.

4/a Using your Credit Card

If paying with a Credit Card you will be directed to the CIB Bank website that OG Bike Co. is in cooperation with. In this secure area, you will provide your card details and comfirm the payment of your order. For further information on using Credit Cards click here.


5. Confirmation of your order.

The system generates an autonmatic response via email that your order has been successful.

6. Delivery of your order.

Your order will be delivered by the transport company to the specified address. You will be informed of an approximate delivery time.

It is within the rights of the buyer to return the products in their original condition at the buyers expense within 8 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in new condition and in original packaging. If an item has been installed, used or unpackaged in any way it is not returnable. This offer is void if the products are damaged or used in anyway. Though we take every precaution to ensure safe transportation, we are not liable and take no responsility for products damaged in transit.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless a mistake has been caused by our company. All returns must be sent back together with a copy of your invoice.
When you return an item please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Information regarding payment by credit card

Our eStore is offering its consumers secure bank card payment provided by CIB Bank. The security relies on the separation of data. With the use of the system the eStore receives only the quantity of the ordered commodity and the delivery address from the consumer, while CIB Bank the card data on a 128-bit SSL secured payment page. The eStore will not be informed about the payment-side data content, they are accessible for CIB Bank only. The bank will inform the eStore if the transaction was successful or not. Your internet-browser must support SSL encryption to use bank card payment solution.
The counter-value of the purchased goods, the paid amount will be promptly blocked on your card account. Please read this information carefully.

About security

SSL is an abbreviation for an accepted encryption method called Secure Sockets Layer. This Bank has a 128-bit encryption key to protect the communication channel. A firm named VeriSign makes possible for CIB Bank the use of the 128-bit key, with which we ensure the SSL-based encryption. For the time being this encryption method is used in 90% of global e-commerce. Payment steps
1.On the page of the eStore you select the goods/services, for which you intend to pay with your bank card.
2.Following that you're redirected to the webpage of CIB Bank guaranteeing secure payment, where you have to enter your card data to begin the payment.
3.Following this, you're redirected to CIB Bank's page guaranteeing secure payment, where you have to enter your card data to start the payment process.
4.Following the payment, you're directed back to the Store page, where you receive a confirmation about the result of the payment.

In the case of bankcard payments, following the successful transaction - this means the approval after the expiry date of the bank card and the coverage are controlled - CIB Bank debits the account of the Card Holder with the countervalue of the goods/services.

If you're not directed back from the payment page to the Store's website, the transaction qualifies as unsuccessful. If you click on the "Back" of "Refresh" buttons of the browser on the bank's payment page, or close the browser window before you could be redirected to the store, the payment will qualify as unsuccessful.
